inside the snow globes are fragmented, ambiguous body parts, such as a nose, a cheek, a wrist, a bald spot. each idiosyncratic to its owner, enclosed within a tiny, separate reality that is frozen. these spheres are souvenirs and relics of a memory. the body parts are created from material that would slowly waste away, honoring how memory fogs and loses its luster over time.
